Welcome, and thank you for visiting my campaign site. I’m Brett Mize, and I’m running for District Attorney for Osage and Pawnee Counties. I’ve spent over a decade serving Oklahoma as a prosecutor, and I know what it takes to keep families safe and criminals accountable.
For nearly the past five years as First Assistant District Attorney, I’ve personally handled every child sexual abuse case in Osage County. Throughout my career, I’ve prosecuted dozens of major crimes — from murder and rape to armed robbery and gang violence — and handled over 50 jury trials, standing up for victims and ensuring justice is served.
My work has earned statewide recognition, including the Mitch Sperry Award as Oklahoma’s top prosecutor.
